Adobe does 3D, but it does not do it well. Think of Adobe Dimension (AD) as the notepad of 3D application, though it is extremely slow to use. This course (1h 33m) however covers what needs to be covered in order to learn AD. Ms. Theresa Jackson, the trainer of this course, makes it easy to navigate Adobe Dimension and does her best to make the software interesting and useful. I can't see any professional 3D artist or even an aspiring to be one considering AD as the tool to use. It has no modeling or animation features, and its rendering is very slow. However, AD comes with plenty of 3D models (you can download more from the Adobe website for free), textures, and lighting presets which are sufficient to get you started fast. Notepad is useful, and AD may have the same usefulness if you do not have any experience in other 3D tools.
